GENERAL ADMISSION GUIDELINES
Kindly visit the school along with your child’s previous year’s report card. It is recommended that both the parent and child come together for the preliminary enquiry.
Documents to be attached along with the application form:
- Attested copy of birth certificate (for admission in Nursery, KG, and Class 1).
- Passport size photographs of the student and both parents.
- For Class 2 and above: Transfer Certificate (TC) to be submitted before joining the school. If the student is from another state, the TC must be countersigned by the Education Officer.
- For Class 2 and above: APAAR ID.
- For Class 3 and above: Previous 2 years’ report cards.
- Copy of Aadhaar Card (for both the student and parents).
- Proof of residential address (choose one from the following): Passport, Voter ID, Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (MTNL/BSNL only) along with payment proof from the parent’s account.
- Copy of vaccination chart (for Nursery to Class 1 admission).
- Medical Certificate (issued by a registered doctor for Class 2 to 12 admission).
- Adoption / Court order of custody (if applicable).
- Proof of Alumni: Class XII Certificate / Mark Sheet / Transfer Certificate of the parent (if applicable).
- Proof of sibling (currently studying or studied at GDGPS), if applicable.
Important Instructions:
- Please ensure that the application form is completely filled and reviewed for accuracy before submission to avoid rejection. Once submitted, no further changes will be allowed.
- All documents except for the Transfer Certificate are mandatory to be submitted along with the application form. The Transfer Certificate can be submitted once the admission is granted.
